We at Store.MICGadget.com strive to meet the demands of our Customers as efficiently and rapidly as possible. In order to create and maintain the best relationship possible, we ask that you read our Terms, Conditions and Policies regarding all aspects of your orders.
M.I.C Gadget and Store.MICGadget.com are the brand names created and operated by M.I.C Gadget, Inc. The following terms and conditions govern the sale by the entity (“M.I.C Gadget Inc.” and/or “Store.MICGadget.com”) named on the invoices we provide to our Customers for orders of electronic devices, laptop, notebook and desktop computers, and/or related products sold by M.I.C Gadget.
By ordering and/or accepting delivery of products located on the M.I.C Gadget website or described on the Customer’s invoice, the Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may not be appended, modified or altered by the Customer. No other document(s) may be used to change our agreement in any way. Any attempts to append, modify, or alter our terms and conditions will make the agreement null and void unless agreed upon in writing by the management of M.I.C Gadget.
M.I.C Gadget reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time. All of our terms, conditions and policies are written with both the Customer’s and our own security in mind. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction and we of course apologize in advance for any inconvenience these policies may cause.

We aim to provide the most accurate and up-to-date product specifications, information and descriptions of all products listed on our website. We take this information directly from the manufacturers printed materials, website and sales representatives. In some cases, product features and/or included options may change prior to official release. We will do our best to make our Customers aware of such changes or modifications, but Store.MICGadget.com IS NOT responsible for any errors or omissions within in these descriptions or specification. If one of our Customers is ever dissatisfied with their purchase due to such an inaccuracy, M.I.C Gadget will, make every effort to improve the Customer’s satisfaction. Since every case may be different, the solution may also change based on the situation. We suggest you contact one of our customer support representatives immediately to explain what your difficulty. All final solutions are made at the discretion of the Store.MICGadget.com management.
Store.MICGadget.com IS NOT responsible for any typing errors, misprints, or general errors contained on the Store.MICGadget.com website or any other M.I.C Gadget affiliated site. All facts and information, whether related to the site or to individual products, should be confirmed via email before a purchase.
Warranty
Please note that the Buyer is responsible to any shipping fee in order to send back any damage goods. However, if after inspection, the manufacturer recognize the validity of the warranty, Store.MICGadget.com will refund the customers all shipping fees (an invoice will be asked in order to justify the shipping fees)
Taking advantage of our Service Claim Program is as easy as 1-2-3-4:
1. Contact a M.I.C Gadget Customer Service representative to inform us of the problem. The CS Representative will give you detailed information on how to ship the product(s) to us here in Hong Kong.
Buyer also acknowledges that Store.MICGadget.com’s sole responsibility is to facilitate submission of defective product to an authorized warranty provider’s service center, in the event that it is available, and to cover the cost of EMS return shipping to the customer. Shipping cost coverage does not include any applicable duties or taxes.
If your item is returned for warranty repair and after inspection is found to be in working order (or in user error), you will be responsible for all freight and repair estimate fees.
2. Please contact us by phone, fax or email to give us your parcel tracking number for tracking purposes and to assure better handling of your request. Please remember that any failure in providing us your parcel tracking number will result in additional transportation fees to be paid before being able to get back any of your repaired products.
3. M.I.C Gadget will track your merchandise and as soon as it arrives at our Customer Service Department, we will ship it out the same day to the proper Manufacturer Service Center for the necessary repairs. We will notify you of the damage and forward you the Estimated Repair Completion date and of any extra charges from the manufacturer if necessary.
4. Once your product is repaired and returned to us and ready to be re-shipped to the Customer, we will contact you again by e-mail to notify you of the status and give you the new tracking details for your product. Once again, return shipment is at our expense.
Disclaimer: In cases of warranty covered service or repair, M.I.C Gadget acts only in the capacity of an agent to the manufacturer on your behalf. Please remember most manufacturers will not repair computers or any other products free of charge in cases where they determine the Customer to be responsible for physical damage such as dropping, spillage, electric shock, etc. Also please remember that if a product has been ship back for warranty purpose on false claims, the customer will be in this case responsible for all shipment fees back and forth as well as customs duties. The manufacturer is the final arbiter of such claims and will respond accordingly at their discretion. M.I.C Gadget is not responsible for their decisions and has no ability to influence the outcome. In the event the manufacturer determines that their warranty is null and void and/or that a fee is necessary in order to repair your merchandise, we will notify you by e-mail immediately of their findings and allow you to decide how to proceed.
M.I.C Gadget is not responsible for theft or damage to your merchandise while it is in transit or being repaired. We strongly suggest you insure any items you deem valuable prior to releasing them from your control.
M.I.C Gadget may, at its discretion, repair or replace any faulty merchandise upon learning of the problem from the Customer.
Cancellation Policy
All M.I.C Gadget Customers have three (3) days of “cooling off” period to cancel their order, provided that the merchandise is cancelled prior to shipment from Hong Kong. If you have remitted funds to M.I.C Gadget your funds will be refunded the next business day (local Hong Kong time) minus a 25% processing and cancellation fee. If you purchased your merchandise in a different currency, your fee will be calculated in your currency based on the PayPal/MoneyBookers exchange rate on the date of your cancellation. The “cooling off” period is a period you have as an online consumer in which to make up your mind if you want the goods or not. By law, you have seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods/service in which you can cancel the contract. You do not have to have a reason to cancel – a simple change of mind is enough.
