Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship worldwide to over 100 countries. Most of the major countries are covered but if you do no see your country being listed during registration, please contact us before placing an order.
Do not place an order with the wrong country. We will not be responsible for any misdelivered packages because of this and you will have to pay extra delivery fees for reshipment.
Q: How long will it take for delivery to my country?
A: It will need at least 7-14 working days after shipout from Hong Kong, but may take slightly longer time for farther destinations in Africa and Europe. Please visit the delivery detail page for further information.
Q: How much is the shipping fee to my country?
A: All shipping starts at $6.6 worldwide. All shipping fees are auto calculated during checkout base on weight of item(s) and the carrier method you prefer. We currently offer 2 carrier options: Registered Airmail or Speed Post both owned by Hong Kong Postal Office.
Q: I can't pay with my credit card, please help.
A: We accept all credit cards payment via PayPal, and you are required to enter the state info in your delivery address during checkout if you are from United States. The same applies to countries with state information.
Q: How do I track my order status?
A: All orders are shipped with Tracking Number. You are able to view the current status of your order by logging into your account page and click on Order History. You will see your order update it's status in the following procedure:
Authorization accepted from PayPal -> Payment accepted -> Preparation in progress -> Shipped
You will be able to see a delivery tracking link in your order details once the status been updated to "Shipped" You will also receive an email from us everytime your order status has been newly updated.
Q: I have waited my item for very long time, where is it now and what should i do?
A:
The whole process will approx. take 12-24 working days to complete depending on your chose of carrier.
You are advised to make use of the given delivery tracking link to keep track of your parcel closely to prevent mis-delivery or non-receipt of parcel.
If after 24 working days, you still do not receive your item, you are advised to contact your local postal office with the given tracking number.

Q: I do not wish to use PayPal, do you have any other payment methods?
A: We only use PayPal as the only preferred payment method at this moment, but we will consider more options in the near future.
Q: Do you have an actual store?
A: We have no physical store and do not allow local pickups. All our products are shipped via Registered Airmail or Speedpost. We are based in Hong Kong with an office and a warehouse.
Q: Do you sell the Steve Jobs figurine? Can I buy one?
A: Apologies, we no longer sell the Steve Jobs figurine and do not have stock for it.
